Lindsay Lohan’s dad is apparently facing a police investigation after his former fiancé accused him of fixing a tracking device to her car.
 
Michael Lohan and Erin Muller were together for two years before their relationship ended in 2009. And, the already volatile romance turned nasty after they split, with Erin finally being granted a restraining order against Michael after a series of violent fights between the pair.
 
Then, in January this year, Michael was arrested for criminal contempt after allegedly violating the ban. But his woes don’t end there as he's reportedly facing a police inquiry after Erin accused him of planting a tracking device on her car.
 
According to website TMZ, Erin claims her father found the gadget while he was checking her car for an oil leak, and they reported the incident to police.
 
But Michael’s response to the incident was to say his ex-lover is "full of c**p."

Now there’s a case of the kettle calling the pot black!
