Rob gets the 007 thumbs up

Twilight hunk Robert Pattinson has earned the respect of former 007 Pierce Brosnan for the way in which the young actor is handling his fame.
 
The two stars recently teamed up as father and son in new movie Remember Me, and Pierce admits Rob really impressed him.
 
He tells Parade.com, "We filmed in New York and there always seemed to be hundreds of screaming teenage girls around and I knew they weren't screaming for me.
 
"I know it's tough for Robert to cope with that kind of attention. I've been there and I sympathise with him, but I think he's handling it quite well. I think that, so far, he's got it under control."
