Listen up people! It’s not very often that you get to get a glimpse of uber-hottie Ryk Neethling in his Speedo – and it’s for a good cause!

Ryk has teamed up with Swimming South Africa to help the portable project, which distributes moveable pools to rural areas and raise awareness about drowning. Now you can play your part!

This Friday, 5 March, Swimming SA will attempt a world record. They need at least 4000 people to take part in a relay over a period of 24 hours. That means you can pitch up at 4am if you want, after that hectic night out…you know you want to.

Time: Friday 12pm to Saturday 12pm
Cost – R20
Where: Ellis Park
What you need: Er, a costume
Reason 1: Ryk will be there in a Speedo
Reason 2: You’ll be making a difference
Reason 3: Ryk will be there in a Speedo.
